Northern Abrasives was established in 1973 by Mr C Dean, following more than 40 years experience in the abrasive industry.

The aim of the company then, and still remains, is to assist technically those small to medium size companies not considered to be target accounts by the major manufacturers. Today, through sustained investment and growth, the company can name within its customer base some of the largest UK and International manufacturing companies.

In 1984 further investment was made when Mr I D Beeson, the Managing Director, undertook the task of opening the Stoke branch to service initially then expand sales within the pottery and ceramic industry.

We are now the areas biggest distributor of abrasive products covering all industries.
